I cheated all week, sorry. Hopefully, I will be able to redeem myself within the next two weeks. :(
 
I only had loss 1.6 lbs but tis ok. I won't cry or be pissed. I lost something!

I hope you do - I probably wont though! I have been sitting on my current weight for days now!! It's doing my head in!! I'm doing everything right but the scale isn't moving! I hope it does before Monday! Have a great and skinnier weekend everyone! Go Team 3!

I am jogging 2 miles almost every day and still nothing! Haven't gone over 1400 calories in 13 weeks!! Bleh! This is getting frustrating!!
 
Crap. I didn't make my goal. 163 this morning. More than yesterday, too.

AmyRB -- You might want to try changing things up a little bit. Up the calories for a couple days. Do some HIIT instead of a steady two miles.

I changed my target weights because they were a bit off. I just changed the last one actually. I am so sick, this weekend and today:( Just not feeling like working out or doing anything. My weight has been stuck for a week now. I will shake it up as soon as I feel better:)

Alright, apparently I don't remember to weigh in until Tuesday.....But I did this morning and I posted it in my original post. I finally made my goal for once!!! lol

Didn't make it to Goal this week - sorry!! Only a 088lbs loss!

Monday 1st January= 66.2kgs - 145.6lbs
Monday 8th January= 65kgs/143lbs
Monday 15th January= 64kgs/143lbs
Monday 22nd January= 63.6kgs/139.9lbs

Target Weight for the 8th= 65 - 143lbs (1.2kg/2.5lbs loss) GOAL ACHIEVED!
Target Weight For the 15th= 64kgs - 140.8lbs (1kg/2.2lbs loss) GOAL ACHIEVED
Target Weight For the 22nd= 62.5kgs - 137.5lbs (1.5kg/3.3lbs loss) [B]63.6kg's/139.9lbs - didn't make it!:(

I updated my first post, but for everybody to see....

Monday 8th January= 176.4 pounds

I lost 6.6 pounds instead of 10. I guess with school starting, that wasn't too bad after all.

Does this mean this challenge is over??? ;) I ended up losing 14 lbs this month though my initial goal was 10. Lowering the calories is the only thing I have done. I didn't get to my 180 goal but that is actually a goal for Feb. 1st so I have a few days and just a few pounds to go:D I am looking to add exercise soon! My next mini-goal will be 160:)

:( I am so very sorry for the lack of team effort, on my part. I lost all my motivation and haven't been trying to lose weight for the past few weeks. Congratulations to you others, you have had great results!

(i calculated this percentage from just the people who finished, so its probaly not as fair as if it would be if all 10/11 people had carried on) but if i had included there totals too it would have been like 1% or something.
