Another good day in the books. Had another green omelette for dinner - loving those things - before my workout, and I think the carbs gave me the energy I needed to do some good work! Sure, I sweat a lot, but I was able to continually demand more energy from my body, and I didn't feel lethargic at all. Gonna have to keep that in the ol' diet rotation!
Did my arms, and I'm noticing strength gains. Gonna have to start upping the weight on my curls (both machine AND free weights). Got through 3 sets, but I felt like I could have done more.
Triceps and shoulders exercises felt about right. Really had to push out the last 3 of each set!
Afterwards ran on the treadmill for 1.5 miles before they announced that the Gym was closing for the night (curse you BL for making me watch you till 9!), so I picked it up and went home.
Weigh in shows progress - around 282.00 which puts me....
OVER THE 70LB MARK!
Just another milestone, but I feel like im working harder for each one, so ill celebrate em all! 6 more pounds till my halfway point
. Looking to keep it clean today and get some decent cardio in tonight with some sports - either raquetball or basketball! Have a healthy Wednesday everyone!
