Weigh in 286.2 (+/-.4)(Variant scale is annoying)
Good hard monday workout again. I love walking by a mirror when I have sweated a lot. It makes me feel like I accomplished something, and im not just going through the motions. Weird, I know lol.
Past 2 weeks ive been getting SO lazy midweek! I really want to hit my goal of 5 visits this week, AND no cheating on food until my weekly saturday cheat Also, I need to go get food in the worst way. Last night I had to have the ultimate makeshift dinner of half a chicken breast, a can of tuna and steamed califlower(sp?), which I didn't end up eating because it smelled gross :/ MORE REASON to get my butt up and go shopping!
Been eating to the best of my abilities, but last week I allowed too many cheats, and I didnt even make up for it in workouts. Results showed this week. Need to remind myself that the taste of food isn't nearly comparable to the feeling of being fit. Anyways, so far so good this morning, have a nice day everyone!
