Hey... my last post doesn't seem to fit on this page at all and I never saw the above posts so think somehow I was looking at an older page of yours??!! Anyway, a big congrats on reaching 50% of your goal loss a massive landmark!! Must be great motivation to know you're halfway there now.
Seeing as you hit the gym hard and I see you feel it a lot afterwards, do you have any tips for getting rid of that ache? I worked hard last week but by Friday evening I could barely walk I hurt so much, so had to abandon Friday night's workout... also had Sat and Sunday as rest days but by today I STILL ached, and so I don't feel I gave 100% to the stretching/toning sections of my classes. I figured all you can do is give yourself some time off resting, but obviously I am eager to carry on working out and can't have a week off every time I've done a class!!
