Total Cals: 1762
%Carbs: 38.6
%Fat: 26.7
%Protein: 34.7
Over all, I like it! The cals are on the high side, but still. Fat is lower than protein, and that is the important thing.
I know, I know.... I go shopping for the week tomorrow, so I will be able to get lots of healthy yummy things. And I have decided that once a week, I will try a new recipe. Speaking of which, I need to make out my shopping list.....
