Well, today I'm gonna do it right. :D

B: 3 eggs, 1 slice toast with jelly
S: protein bar

Workout this evening will be another long run. :D

Have a headache this morning, though. :( Hope that goes away soon. Perhaps after I eat something.....
 
You have to diet a Headache:

Shake and Bake the Headache with being the Quiet Riot in the Diet
You then become the emergency Brake to this Headache and Partake in your Mental Quake to stay Awake to enjoy your personal milk-Shake


Stay on course girl, KEEP IT UP!

Why dont you make your own Diary or Journal? In the appropriate place on the forum? You could input your diet and training, how you felt that day, and many other things.

I dont have one on the forum because I use OneNote for my diet and training journal and Excel as my tracker in calories. OneNote allows for all of this to be in one place just by opening one program, and I like this.

Just a thought

Stew - I'm trying to get this protein thing bumped up, so bear with me, please. :) I do so much better than I used to, trust me on that one. LOL I haven't yet had my protein bar, but I will for an afternoon snack. Then, tonight, we will have either chicken or deer meat, baked potatoes and a veggie.

Haven't gone on my run yet - waiting for hubby to get home. Not sure whether to run before or after dinner....thoughts???

Stew - Venision is not that bad, actually. It's only taken my husband about 12 years for him to get me to try it. lol Last night's wasn't all that good, though. But I ate it nonetheless. And hey, it's full of protein!!! :D

Oh, I HAVE to tell you about my run....Soooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! I did the same 4.5 miles and last night I felt so strong and felt I could have gone even longer!!!! It felt so good!! And I even sped up at the END!!!! I'm just so happy with how it went last night!

Today will be a short run/time on elliptical plus weights. :)

As for food, well, we're running low, but I think I can have 2 eggs and possibly some toast like I did yesterday. I will end up going out for some things this morning, but I refuse to do the big shop until Friday. I'm determined to make $200+/- last for 2 weeks. IT WILL HAPPEN!!! LOL
 
Since you seem to enjoy running, have you considered doing intervals? Such as running as fast as you can for a minute, then recovering two minutes at a moderate pace - that's one interval/round. Do x number of rounds as your fitness/endurance dictates. You'll find it more effective at burning fat as well as something to use your brain for. Just a thought. Keep up the great work.
