Did Break-In workout B this morning. No cardio today, although I will be doing a LOT of walking this afternoon. Overall feeling more postively about things and that feels good. :)

Still having pc issues, and I hope they clear up soon.

Have been on the go ALL DAY today. It's a little after 5pm here and I JUST got home! I did get some "strength training" in while I was gone, though. :) I do have to do Break-In A today, though, and cardio. I plan on doing HIIT on either the elliptical or treadmill this evening.

Food wise, been ok. :) I feel good about it! VERY FEW cals, and that makes this girl very happy. :D

Had a great run last night. It was a short one, but even though I hadn't run in about 2 weeks or so, I was able to do it as though I had been doing it all along. I thank NROL for that!! I do feel stronger and hubby says he can see a difference in some areas (that will remain nameless lol).

Doing well with the food today. Makes me happy. Hoping to go for another short run tonight.

Had MASSIVE t-storms this morning. It was AWESOME! I loved it! Today is mostly a rest day - will do NROL Break In A today (5th time doing A).

Hey Chillen (and whomever else cares),

yeah, it's been a few days. Been pretty busy. Was non-stop today from 8:30-5. Pretty much on my feet the whole time. I hope that counts for something! LOL

Didn't do A5 the other day, so I did it an hour ago. Felt good to do it. :) I think I have one more B workout and then I can rest until next week. I then start Fat Loss I. :eek: After my show, I plan on going down to do the elliptical.
