Congrats. I havent been around for awhile, what kind of show? I went back 4 pages but didnt get the answer.

Busy day today. Had an appt this morning, then went to muck stalls, then got my kids picked up and then my middle child had an appt and then I got home around 4:30. I then set up our inflatable pooh and tigger Halloween thing in the front yard. I barely made it home w/o falling asleep. I'm soooo exhausted!

Have not yet worked out today. Been too busy. I will do it probably while everyone has dinner - had a late lunch and not hungry.

Feel like I'm coming down with a nasty cold. Maybe that's why I am feeling so exhausted. I can feel it in my throat and nose. I've also had a headache....ick.

Another show this Sunday. Can't wait!
 
That's up to you - if you're feeling under the weather and are exhausted, you'll not be able to give it your all. So if you do decide to workout, do a light one, and followup with your regular workout tomorrow.
 
10/2/07 workout

Did NROL Break - In B. Went pretty well. :) Had to improvise with the lat pulldown, as I do not have that type of machine at home, so I used my total gym and did something that was kinda close to it. Don't ask me what, but I did it. I then did 20 mins on the eliptical.

Food was great....until I made some no bake cookies....bad idea. on a good note, however, I haven't had soda in 2 days!!! :D

No weights today, but did a 5 mile fast walk with a friend. It was fun and we will end up doing it again Friday morning. :) Man, did I feel it in my butt, hams and calves! LOVE IT!!

Food is good again today! Luvin it! Oh, and still only water!! :D
 
Nice going with the improvisation - that's always the most difficult part of the workout for me to do at home, having no cable machines or pull up bars to do them with.

How'd the deadlifts go? Did they feel different from the squats?
 
Well, since I have been doing them all along anyway, I have no soreness today. Well, except my arse/hips from my 5 mi walk this morning. LOL Tomorrow will be Break - In A again, and I look forward to pushing it!!

Lost my computer for 24 hours. Now that I have it back again, I can't seem to stay logged into anything and it's driving me nuts!!! When I leave a site, I have to log back in again. And I'm so used to just staying logged in forever (like this site). Grrrrr.....

Yeah for the most part. I mean, there have been times where I haven't done them, but all in all, I've been doing them....

If it's Internet Explorer it's Tools->Internet Options.

Click the security tab - there should be a slider there with the level of security - I keep mine on medium.
 
Well, I was at Med-High. I put it down to Med. Hope that works, bc I have been clicking the box and it still logs me out.... :mad:

My hips and butt are sore after that walk yesterday. Doing Break-In workout A this morning, then the elliptical. Hmm....I should probably get going on that.
