Today is bad I had a candle sale for Mothers day and it started raining and nobody stopped by makes me feel like giving up but i'm going to try again next Sat. Today is weigh in day and I didn't get to weigh this morning but as of right now I'm 277 been 1lb ding it lately I'm probably going to plateau hope not I'll change up something.

Well today since I woke up pretty early and have been busy I missed breakfast I had a veggie pizza (spinach and mushroom) for lunch well might as well be dinner cause I ate around 6:30pm I'm not doing to well today :( but thats ok :) I'll bounce back its also ttotm and I always feel bad during that time.

Next week goal still 275 :mad: I'm going to make it this time for sure.

Well I hope everyone is doing Good and Keep up the Great Work.
 
Hmmm, well we all have our bad days. It looks like you're still doing good though-277! That's only 2 pounds away from your goal! Speaking of Mother's Day, I need to get something for my mom...

hmm... i'm trying to think of some things that might help you break that plateau... are you drinking lots and lots and lots of water? that is usually what I am forgetting in my day.

stick with it babe... you can do this!!!
 
SURPRISE Just today I weighed in for 20lb club and I've reached my goal of 275. It amazes me how our bodys fluctuate. I did weigh myself sorta late sat and not in the morning like usual. I'm sooo excited so that makes next weeks goal working towards 270 oh yeah it feels like its my birthday :D

Breakfast
1/2 c plain oatmeal

I drink plenty of water I have this 72oz jug I carry with me all day and I try to get in at least 2 drinking nothing but water all day. I think it was just the time I weighed myself **Hopefully**

Still going strong don't have much time to log on here only from work cause my computer at home is sick right now. My lifestyle change has totally kicked in its just natural for me now no problems. I'm happy even though I still have 115lbs to lose b4 I reach goal but i'm going at it 5lbs a week. :D

Good Day everyone its a Friday Yay I'm definitely ready to start my weekend. Happy Mothers day to all you wonderful mothers. I hope everyone is doing well on their weight loss and keeping the energy. I noticed it takes alot of energy to keep up with diet and exercise... Especially when its so easy to give up and be ok with it but lets keep up the good fight and be victorious(hope I spelled that right) Anyway Im having just a normal day same ole food and of course nothing but water. Weigh in day is tomorrow my goal being 270 but if I don't make it that is fine with me. I tend to set my goal a little high so that if I do lose just a lb or 2 I'll be ok and my goal will be the same for the next week. Last weigh in was 277 and by monday it was 275 I know my body flutuates and that it is normal so I'm not going to complain. I'm just happy I'm losing and not gaining :D Well thats all I have to write today hopefully I'll be able to post tomorrow but my PC at home is on the blink so I'm not sure. I'll write everything down in my journal so I can be accurate when I post on Monday. Good Luck to everyone,keep your head up and don't give up. :)

Today my mood is good but sleepy. Its a monday and to me everyday is a monday until friday :D My weigh in for Sat was 271 I didn't weigh myself for 20lb today I'm at work so I'll just use Sat weight. The goal was 270 but I'm going to check that one off and move to 265. I'm trying to lose 15lbs by the end of the month so I can go strong for the last 100 :) I'm soooooo happy you guys this is coming from a person that has never seen a small day since I was a child and even then I was big for my age. I can see and feel the difference my back does not hurt as much anymore. My clothes fit correctly I actually have to use a belt now :D I can't be anymore happy with the weight loss I've had almost 30lbs lighter and I feel it too. I so excited and can't hardly wait until the rest melts away.

Fruit Refresher(these drinks are very good they are calorie free no sugar no caffeine I usually have the lemonade :))

1 piece of hershey chocolate nugget(just needed chocolate)

Dinner
Most likely chicken maybe a stirfry not sure (chicken is my favorite and its a safe food)
 
Well I need to catch up in here don't I...

Hmmm I sorta feel myself slipping and I'm going to correct that immediately. I had no weight loss this week due to not getting into the gym and not quite eating right. I need to get back focused cause I still have 115lb to lose.

My plan:

To get back on my gym schedule which is mon,tues, thurs, fri and sat.

Cut out all the junk meaning no peanut m&m's, no chocolates, no enchiladas(love em)
 
Mood: Good (feeling like I'm getting back on track)

Last night I had a great workout I did legs and boy did that feel good... The only thing I left out were my squats and I'll do those today along with arms. :)

Breakfast
Oatmeal mixed with 1pket of equal

Snack
apple and protein shake

Lunch
4 oz Lean beef and green beans

Snack
protein shake

Dinner not sure

72oz water

My goal is by the end of the month lose 15lbs so I can start fresh with the last 100 in June... Wish me luck everyone and Good luck and God Bless to everyone :D
 
30 lbs is fabulous,...I break it into smaller goals like you,..it seems more attainable and keeps the focus,....your doing great!!!!!!!!
 
You mentioned you like enchiladas, I do too. Lean Cuisine has a yummy chicken enchilada dinner that is only like 280 calories. You might try it :)
 
ugh!!! I'm soo frustrated I'm sorta giving up but I don't want to my mind says do not but my body (especially my stomach) says give up. I've gotten so lazy but I've manage to maintain my 30lb loss. I'm just going thru some things right now I really need a buddy here in TX to push push push...

Very frustrated in TX :(
