Well I need to catch up in here don't I...
Hmmm I sorta feel myself slipping and I'm going to correct that immediately. I had no weight loss this week due to not getting into the gym and not quite eating right. I need to get back focused cause I still have 115lb to lose.
My plan:
To get back on my gym schedule which is mon,tues, thurs, fri and sat.
Cut out all the junk meaning no peanut m&m's, no chocolates, no enchiladas(love em)
