Australian and American points system is a little different; if you were here you would be on 27 points. I will put in my diary each day what im having for dinner and put the points and recipe for that. If im having the same thing that I have already posted I will find a different recipe that I haven’t posted before
Garlic and rosemary chicken.
1 small chicken breast (140g) 3 points [you could have twice the size of this to get your points up.]
2 teaspoons vegetable oil ½ point
1 garlic clove crushed 0 points
Rosemary to taste (I use about ½ teaspoon) 0 points
Put all ingredients together and marinate for about ½ hour
I cook this on the grill so all the excess oil runs off.
This is so yummy.
Serve with salad chips or veg.
To make chips
Cut up 1 med potato (1 ½ point for every med potato) cut into wedges sprinkle with your favorite seasoning spray with cooking oil and cook in the over for about 45 min turning over once.
Most salad and veg have no points, if you don’t have time to marinate it don’t worry about it, tastes yummy anyway.
