Australian and American points system is a little different; if you were here you would be on 27 points. I will put in my diary each day what im having for dinner and put the points and recipe for that. If im having the same thing that I have already posted I will find a different recipe that I haven’t posted before

Garlic and rosemary chicken.

1 small chicken breast (140g) 3 points [you could have twice the size of this to get your points up.]

2 teaspoons vegetable oil ½ point
1 garlic clove crushed 0 points
Rosemary to taste (I use about ½ teaspoon) 0 points

Put all ingredients together and marinate for about ½ hour
I cook this on the grill so all the excess oil runs off.
This is so yummy.
Serve with salad chips or veg.

To make chips
Cut up 1 med potato (1 ½ point for every med potato) cut into wedges sprinkle with your favorite seasoning spray with cooking oil and cook in the over for about 45 min turning over once.

Most salad and veg have no points, if you don’t have time to marinate it don’t worry about it, tastes yummy anyway.

This isn’t a ww recipe but I went out for dinner one night and had this, I liked it so much I made it at home, I hope you like it. If you have any questions about anything at all give me a buzz.

Feeling pretty good last night I just had to really eat so I ate bbq till I got full and I didn't feel guilty. Just one gorge night seemed to lift my spirits and give me more energy weird :D

I need to go to whole foods store for more fruit. My little 4 year old loves all the fruit too she loves strawberries and grapes we had a whole fruit bowl a piece on sat it was great.

I did an hour workout yesterday plan on doing that tonight
 
Yes they are very good they have all different kinds but I usually get the slenderize it has cranberry and raspberry 10 cal per serving really great for something sweet but not soda or things like that.

I'm not going to be posting as much as normal for my job is in its busy season but my weigh in for sat was 278.5 my goal was 275. I'm glad I broke 280. Next week goal is still 275.

Quick lunch time

Tomato and basil bruschetta
Points value 2 ½
Toast 2 slices of Italian-style bread on a chargriller or in the toaster.
Gently rub with a raw clove of garlic and brush with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Dice 1 tomato and combine with 1 tablespoon of cucumber and 1 can ww red salmon, drained and flaked.
Drizzle with 3 teaspoons of red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

This is very good I didn't use the vinegar but its was still delicious. I hope everyone is in good spirits. I'm still going strong just the new ness of all of it has worn off. But I gained 2 exercise buddies and we have our workouts and it makes it soooooo easy :D I almost gave up cause I joined a gym and they don't care(just as long as you pay them on time) so your just there doing stuff. I really don't know what to work out or how and nobody there was caring enough to show me unless I paid for a personal trainer which I can't afford to do...but now I have 2 buddies and we get stuff done(I'm still sore from last night :( )

For breakfast this morning I had Oatmeal I need to start eating my eggs again. I took my multivitamin and I take extra vitamin E cause my skin is getting really dry. Fuze Drink

For lunch today i'm having a healthy choice meal I hope its good. I've been having a pizza craving for a while last night I ate a low carb french bread pizza it was alright :cool: but the craving is still there I don't know what to do. O-well ;)

No workout today we resume thurs and friday and saturdays are optional.

MMMM I love bruschetta! That makes me hungry! Good for you w/ your weight loss! Take every positive and know that more are coming..Im sorry i havent checked into your diary recently but it looks like your doing terrific!
