Good News: I fit into some pants that were a size smaller than I am now still a little fitted in the leg area but I've always had big healthy legs and thighs(I don't think those will ever go away). HOORAY :D
 
Awesome that you fit into those pants! Isn't it a great feeling!!! The time change is tough to get used to, but it looks like you're doing great! Keep up the good work!
 
I've been really sick with my allergies lately and haven't been able to log :(
but i'm back and ready to roll. The one thing I can say is that I ate less while sick(which is bad) and I wonder if I have to slowly roll back onto my 6 times a day so I won't put my body into shock. Any suggestions???

I don't know yet I did not prepare and I don't want to get stuck eatin fast food I might go to subway...
 
Well weigh in day today. My goal was 280 and I weighed in at 282.5 which is not bad from 286 last weigh in day. YaY!!!:) Next week goal is 275 yall pray for me. Keep up the good work everyone!!!

Hey thank's for the support. i hate being sick it just get's me down. not being able to controle it and all :( please feel free to write for as long as you want i need the moral support some times :)
 
hey i saw yer progress on the WL table...Great job!! Keep up the excellent work!! Keep drinkin lots of water! its sooo important!
 
i couldnt agree more, water has been the secret with me, im drinking lots every chance i can, well done youo doing well. Are the protein shakes filling at all?

Woke up late this morning I've been having a real bad time going to sleep at night as well as having stomach cramps and all that comes with it... Don't know if its these fuse drinks I've been trying. Hmmmm

I've found that eating breakfast is alot easier for me know(I used to not eat breakfast at all) and dinner is the hard one to get...LOL :D
I think its because my choices are getting old and i'm scared to eat anything else for fear of being off this food plan that has worked... I'm thinking about trying weight watchers for the food variety and the point system so I'll know when to stop. If anyone has some insight on ww please let me know cause I'm not even sure if I can afford ww along with my gym membership. So any free ww tips would help :)
 
You really dont need WW...not to turn you off from it..but believe me save your money..You can get the same encouragement here on this website and just keep exercising and doing the food diary and keep track of your calories... you will find that you are so much more capable of handling this on your own..but everyone needs support..and you know that all of us are going thru the same thing. I do however have some old WW stuff and would totally be willing to mail them to you to save you the cash...just let me know!

Thank you Stop. I guess I'm mainly trying to get more food choices I figured that right now i'm at about 1400 calories(I hope thats safe) I'm not to savvy on calorie counting. But i'm basically eating the same foods all the time and I'm scared to eat anything else for fear I may be messing up...

I was going to try the points thing to have like a guide to what I can and can't eat and how much of it I can eat. But I don't know :confused:

Atkins P-shake and Fresh apple

Lunch

4oz lean pork loin and 1c broc.

Snack
Fresh apple

Will update later on dinner either having grilled chicken breast or tuna with some veggies. Hey everyone keep up the great work and keep motivating others as well as yourselves. ;)
 
Hey there girl!!! it sounds like you are doing fabulous! A suggestion for food is to glance through some other diaries here and check out what people are eating. If you see something that looks good, often there will be the calories right there next to it. And we are always great about sharing recipies and the like =)

If you are looking for some variety for breakfast - I love having 1/2 c. non-fat yogurt, fresh fruit, and 1/8c. granola on top.. it is very yummy.... for lunch, make a simple fresh sandwich, like turkey on whole wheat with some lettuce and a slice of cheese... if you don't like your sandwichs dry - you can substitue non-fat yogurt for mayo... it adds a lot of tang...

I hope that you are able to venture outside of your "comfortable" zone. when things get boring, it's harder to stick with them. explore a little, and good luck!
 
Thanks for the advice amomono. I'm going to try eating different things and see where it takes me....

Its weigh in day. My goal for this week was 275lb I weighed in at 280 which puts me at the 20lb mark YaY!!! Last week I weighed in at 282 I noticed my body fat went from 54 to 50 percent!!!! I'm going to set my goal to 275 again but any loss is fine with me.:)
