Hey there girl!!! it sounds like you are doing fabulous! A suggestion for food is to glance through some other diaries here and check out what people are eating. If you see something that looks good, often there will be the calories right there next to it. And we are always great about sharing recipies and the like =)
If you are looking for some variety for breakfast - I love having 1/2 c. non-fat yogurt, fresh fruit, and 1/8c. granola on top.. it is very yummy.... for lunch, make a simple fresh sandwich, like turkey on whole wheat with some lettuce and a slice of cheese... if you don't like your sandwichs dry - you can substitue non-fat yogurt for mayo... it adds a lot of tang...
I hope that you are able to venture outside of your "comfortable" zone. when things get boring, it's harder to stick with them. explore a little, and good luck!
