Great News I weigh in today at 267.5 I'm so excited and its a motivator for real. For 2 wks straight I was on plateau of 270 getting really frustrated but sticking at least to my eating right. Now I have to get back into the gym and get back on the ball. There is no stopping now for real for real!!! :D
 
Wow! I'm so glad you're back in action! I know it's tough sometimes, but you've already made a huge accomplishment and the ending success of reaching your goal will be much sweeter than any food you could ever eat. Keep it up!
 
Today is when we are having my daughters 5th b-day she is soo excited about that. I know I'm going to be tired I was tired yesterday just getting loose ends tied up. Well today is weigh in day and I'm currently 264.5 that is 35.5 lbs down since 3-11-05 I have 109.5 lbs to goal and I'm excited. I'm starting a new step class today hopefully it won't be hard to do. My goal for next week is 260 wish me luck everyone and good luck with all your weight loss goals.
 
Long time I know im going to get back on the ball I'm maintaining now at 260 but I need to strive forward. Since summer has hit(i'm n TX we start early) I've been enjoying all the bbq's and parties that have been going on... :D I promise to get back on my meal plan and drinking my water again.

Good for you for the 35 off...! wow..that is great! Ive promised myself when I hit 40 off Im going out for a nice dinner..not crazy cal or anything..but like something I havent had in a long time..like mexican or italian! I cant wait!
I have dropped 27 so far... its a long journey..but its amazing what we can accomplish!
 
Down to 256lbs 101lbs to go woohoo I really really really need to get to gym I havent been in going on 3 weeks. I've been sticking to my eating habits though which has allowed me to continue to lose but very slowly. I'm definately going to get back in there as soon as my daughter finishes camp.
