Brian - you probably did post it before, but I'm HORRIBLE with names. Yours should be easy to remember being that you're the only guy on our team. And it does count that you're a father - YOU GOT ONE ON THE WAY!
Okay, I'm going to try all three challenges as well - here's my check in for yesterday.
No exercise - but I still have 5 more days to get 6 hours in. And considering I need to get my ass in gear, its still feasible.
Food -
Breakfast - 1/2 mini whole wheat bagel w/olivio margarine
Small movie popcorn - no butter (does that count as fast food?)
Fried Shrimp (6)
Salad w/tomato, cucumber, shredded cheese, onion, ranch dressing
Small piece of whole wheat bread w/butter
Steak
Baked potato w/butter and sour cream
Fruit Smoothie with Fresh pineapple, coconut, banana and orange (it was YUMMY!)
And now its MONDAY! Have a great week guys! Let's take number one again! Except this time, I'll make sure to check in!
