Urgh, weighed myself today n i've gained
2 pounds since the last weigh-in
I don't know how, I've been doing ok, even though i have been very hungry. I'm just hoping it's just water and fibre or hormones! Figures crossed but will have to work
extra hard for the rest of the week....

Protein: 45g
Exercise: 1 1/2hours aerobic workout
Calories: 1250

Margaret, I know exactly how it is with visiting back "home". I'm from the North West but have been living in Scotland for the last year and i have no resolve when I go back visiting friends!

Lori, looking at your food list it doesn't look like you bombed with the food, it looks like you still did really well! Even with a buffet, they are SO tempting, so well done!
