I'm totally bummed today; i've been stalled all week at around 215, and then i woke up this morning and i was 217.2! I think its just water retention (had some really salty food yesterday), but i still cant help but be sullen at the increase.
I need to start doing something that will make me sweat.. these walks with the dog dont seem to be doing it.. and the rowing on the bowflex isnt doing it either... I'm not ready to start the Couch-to-5k thing yet (imho) - and its too cold besides.. and i cant do cardio in my house cuz the place is OLD and rapid momentum changes make the whole house move..
I was thinking of just layering up (5-6 layers) and taking the dog for a (much) longer walk... i currently do 2miles.. i'm thinking 4-5 miles would be better for both of us.
