hey guys,
can i join the club?? i've been around 130 all my life (i'm 22 years old) and i've never had to really lose weight... (i'm 5'5)... but my weight keeps fluctuating and i'm up and down all the time...
i'm what you might call a "skinny chubby person"..lol... i'm thin, but i'm all flab and fat... no muscle whatsoever... i've NEVER exercised before... and i'm a little disheartened because everyone on here seems to have done some sort of exercise before..!! i feel like i'll never get into the swing of things... because i'm very inconsistent.. i'll go to the gym 3 times one week, and the next week not at all... i look at people in the gym, or even pictures of people on website who've reached their goals, and i wonder are there any people out there like me?? lol...
i'd love to hear about all of your experiences when it comes to being new to exercise... how did you stay motivated?? how did you make it a habit to work out consistently....
i just need to hear some real live success stories... i see tons about people who've lost 100's of pounds, but i'd like to hear 10-20 pound success stories!!!!
please shed some light for this brand spankin' new exerciser!!
