My progress report...
I've made progress this year, but it's sloooooow going. I tend to do a little flucuating too. I haven't posted everytime I've gone up or down a bit.. but I think I'll start doing that now. It just takes a sec to update it.
I took a couple weeks real easy.. got sick.. lasted over a week and a half! And that was after 3 weeks of getting up early and doing a 20 min tready 5 days a week and my regular workouts 5 days a week. So, now I'm back on track and if I workout today that'll make 5 workouts. I haven't gotten up first thing yet. I wanted to have a week or two or this first.. I've been a little sore.
Here's the deal.. or what I'm trying to focus on and work through.. I'm worrying about doing things I can maintain. Lots of exercise, but nothing crazy... as much water as I can, which varies day to day... eating reasonably and much less at night. Eating what I want, but having treats mixed in too. And I tell you what.. loss is slooooow, but I am losing and feeling better. My MIL and SIL are on shape up plans and one is doing more like me.. the other dieting and not even eating dinner... and they are losing, but you have to do what you can maintain and since I've know both of them they haven't.
I maintained weight loss and exercise and got better and better after my youngest.. was on a 3.5 yr streak, before I faltered and started to slowly gain back and get into a size up.. So, obviously what I'm doing is working.
Anyway, chins up if it's slow... just take it a day at a time. If you can pass on something.. do it.. if not.. have a little guilt free. And work that booty! It's really the only way to do it.
