20 something club?

I think I'm retaining something so I'm now at
-1.6lbs as of today (Feb 10th) I'm sure I'll have a good loss soon :nopity:


Woo-hoo! :hurray: 170.0! So close to 160s! I have a digital scale, and I actually saw 169.8 for a second there. I weighed myself twice to be sure, lol. Hopefully I'll hit the 160s tomorrow!!!

i`ve only managed the gym once this week becuase i`ve been splitting up with my gf and not felt upto it, but i`ve bounced back eventually today after speaking to a friend so hopefully i`ll hit the gym tomorrow instead of the pub.

had a cadburys cream egg for breakfast but cereal is like 500 cals so i should be alright.

im sorry to hear that. friends are what will get you through, and possibly working out. put your energy somewhere, but also let yourself heal, you know. take care.

bloody terribal binging weekend, well it wasnt actually binging the only food available was terribal, then i came home and havent eat much better, chilli last night and spag bol tonight 2 foods i always put weight on for the next day.

also my new t shirts came in a size smaller to what i`ve been wearing and they seem to small, i dunno if i need to lose more weight or am just a big build. least i have healthy food coming tomorrow and 2 new veggy dishes to try.

Hello! Welcome to the forum and the club. Since your goal is to be 115, maybe you can also join the FeatherWeights club. (It's for people who are petite and have a goal of 120 and under)
 
Hello all- Just turned 26 a few days ago. Started at 184 a couple months (11/18/10) ago and I am currently 176... My first mini-goal is 164. I am working like dog counting calories and doing weights/cardio and loving it. I'm glad I am finally seeing some results! :D I am taking a trip to JAMAICA March 9th and I know I won't be at my "mini-goal" but at least I'll be somewhere closer.

Happy to see the progress posted in this thread!
 
not losing any weight! :( or really seeing any inches changing. i wish eating healthier was easier....

Hi guys, I'm Nicky & I'm 26. I wanna loose about 15 lbs in 3 months.

I just turned 21 on December 20th :) I have lost 41 pounds so far and would like to lose about 10 pounds of fat and gain like 8 pounds of muscle so I look toned and not pudgy or giggly.

Shawnna, I think we're in the same boat

I am at my heaviest now at 136lbs & I'd like to loose about 15lbs & then gain a couple back in muscle so I'm a lean 120-125lbs.
 
Hi everyone! I had my son on Feb 9th and since then I've dropped a huge amount of weight. I wasn't expecting it to come off that fast and I haven't even started working out yet. I had to have a c-section when the baby's head wouldn't fit so I have to take it even slower than I would've liked but I'm not complaining about the loss already! :) Its gonna take some creative planning to find time to work out but I'm pretty dedicated so we'll see what happens.
