20 something club?

so the superbowl meal my mom made (home-made chicken wings and fries...) didn't at all help my weight loss :( and i tried to do my yoga after, but my shoulder felt like it was tweaking, so i stopped. sigh. i guess it really has been one of those "i'll start Monday" kinda of starts. lol

yay for weight loss reports the past few days :D

aww i`m sure you`ll get back on it monday.

i had a good weekend, no booze or takeaway and 1 pound down today, i can hear the gym calling my name after being so good

lost 4lbs for the week, deffinatly gona make me think again before i run to the pub or pig out at weekends. will give me a lift to go to gym aswell becuase somtimes i wonder what thats all about.

i'm 20, i weigh just shy of 170 (169.4, last I checked). my goal is around 130.

my weigh-in day's on sunday.

I fell off the 'bandwagon' again.. I WANT this but i cant seem to motivate myself to do this. I think it has to be that i'm depressed I dont want to do anything. I dont know what to do anymore. :( bleh
 
I just turned 21 on December 20th :) I have lost 41 pounds so far and would like to lose about 10 pounds of fat and gain like 8 pounds of muscle so I look toned and not pudgy or giggly.

Woo-hoo! :hurray: 170.0! So close to 160s! I have a digital scale, and I actually saw 169.8 for a second there. I weighed myself twice to be sure, lol. Hopefully I'll hit the 160s tomorrow!!!

Even though I hate my job, it sure is helping me with my weight loss. I just started back at work last Friday, and I am so busy I have no time to snack. I'm lucky if I get my three meals in. (I'm a tax preparer.)
 
i`ve only managed the gym once this week becuase i`ve been splitting up with my gf and not felt upto it, but i`ve bounced back eventually today after speaking to a friend so hopefully i`ll hit the gym tomorrow instead of the pub.

had a cadburys cream egg for breakfast but cereal is like 500 cals so i should be alright.

I am sorry to hear that. Back in June I left my fiance of 6 years (being 21 now, we were together pretty much all of my teen years) and I stopped going to the gym and caring about my eating too. That was the time I took a hiatus and spent 2 months doing nothing but drinking bottles of wine with a girlfriend of mine... surprisingly since I never ate (only drank) I lost like 7 pounds during those few months. BUT, don't let it set you back. You have to keep focused on you :)
