Our duel/challenge has ended now. As of today I've lost 6.4 lbs since February 1st and all without exercising! I don't know who "won". I think I lost 5lbs as of March 1st. I know you did well too hun.
@ Everyone:
I'm going back to doing my HIIT workouts and weight training now. My experiment to see how much I can lose without exercise went really well. It's about 6lbs a month without working out. That's awesome I think. It's healthy to lose around 1% of your body weight a week.
Since this thread has been very slow lately, I've been wondering how everyone is doing.
