LOL, are you sure you guys didn't eat a shatload of shrooms and go to a different city? We have no above ground trains anywhere..the biggest conglomeration of train tracks is at Union Terminal, but if you were walking around there, you musta been real ****ed up and lost, haha.

It's a really good time. Just be careful. Brazil has a huge crime problem, and people disappear all the time.

Basically what you want to do is purchase a costume in Rio (they aren't cheap), and dance in the parade with the colorful people. If you look like you belong, you're OK. If you look like you're a tourist with money, you're toast.
