sorry guys..my weight has been pretty wacky. It went as high as 367 then back to 363 today. I think it has something to do with some higher than average salt intake..but I have to be honest and state my number.

HELL OF A JOB EVERYONE !!!!!
~Tasha~ you did excellent! That's almost 5 lbs in one week. You worked hard and it really shows
Mac5in2003 also excellent work, you managed to still pull off a 5lb loss in spite of your illness and other circumstances
Jericho great job sticking with us next week will be even better you'll see!
Monster 6.6 lbs is one helluva loss great job! We're supposed to update the sheet on the first page for easy tracking and don't forget to include your exercise points.
I only lost 1.2 lbs but I had 11 exercise points! I'm sure next week will be a lot better for me.
great job everyone
Sorry I haven't been online much. I am starting to feel better. I want to feel well enough so I can get my exercise on track, then I'll be good to go.
I drank my 64ozs of water today.
I have been in a lot of challenges where the requirement was to drink 1 ounce per 2 pounds of weight which is the recommendation of the International Sports Medecine institute.
Tasha and Xenon - you're both doing GREAT!!!
My eating was on track today. I drank my 64oz for the 2nd day in a row. But still didn't exercise. We can do it!!!
Ha! I wouldn't do that...I would probably drown lol
Great mac5...so lets make a deal...I get my water in today and you get at least 1 exercise point in today. What do you think about that?
LOL Remember that I used to be bigger than you - so know exactly what you mean......
It is always worth bearing that calculation in mind to give an idea of something to aim for... It can be very easy to think "my goodness - that would be too much for anyone"...
I drink my water in half litre bottles as the easiest way to count how much I have had... As I lost weight I celebrated all sorts of milestones associated with how much weight I had lost... Among my milestones I always celebrated getting to the weights where I would need to drink one less bottle of water every day...
Your deal sounds an excellent idea...
Remember (if mac doesnt get back to you straight away) you can always keep up with me and only do your exercise or drink your water if I do mine... I'm sure that you want to do as much exercise as this 53 year old...
