Today is a new day... Everyone here knows what it is like to slip...

Focus on trying to get an hour of exercise today and see if you can eat right.

Even if you do just half an hour of exercise you will win a point for your team today and feel good about having achieved something.
 
Xenon - the gym sounds fantastic - it will help you keep your exercise time high, high, high...
Thx so much Omega. It will be good for when i do actually get fit too, there's a 34 foot climbing wall and all sorts of stuff, plus they offer personal training for a very reasonable price.
Hello Team Victory :) Sorry I haven't been posting. In life when it rains it pours. Car broke down and had to get it fixed. Sick child, now I'm sick. Not to worry my eating is on track
I am so sorry to hear about this! i wouldn't worry about your eating so much as you and child feeling better. Great to hear that you are still managing to keep on track but make sure you are getting a lot of nutrients like orange juice and chicken soup! I recently got rid of my Ford and that thing used to break down at the most inconvenient of times, so I know how frustrating and economically inconvenient that can be. Things will get better! :grouphug:

yes you let me down very little...so little I don't even feel it :D just be nice to me when I also slip off track lol anyways I've been slipping off track everyday because I am an emotional eater *checks self into emotional eater's anonymous* I just try to contain the slip and get my exercise in. You haven't let me down at all and I think your perseverance speaks best for you as a team mate.
 
I'm telling you guys. I'm BURNING to win. My only concern is finding another team challenge after this one to keep fueling my fire! :flame::flame::flame:

You never know - that may be time for a tougher style challenge... :biggrinjester:

one that will make you work REALLY hard...

Have you done your hour of exercise for Wednesday. I have.

If you do not want to do less exercise than the 53 year old you had better do some...
 
sorry guys I didn't do any for wednesday I had a late meeting with the bank man :( I will be doing a hour tonight though
 
I totally flopped with food and exercise yesterday but back on track today. 30 mins cardio 1 hour walking and 1300 cals so far :D
 
I feel really good after working out for a few consecutive days. I'm already feeling like I have more energy. Honestly, I had a HUGE eating day yesterday, but am only up one pound. I think I'll probably end up at 298-297 tomorrow! GO TEAM GO!
 
:hurray:HERE WE GO GUYS!!!! The 1st mini challenge of the Competition!!!:hurray:

I will award 2 points a day to whoever drinks their full 8- 8oz glasses a day. I will not award 1 point for 4 glasses....you need the full 8 glasses....so drink up!!!

(btw: I am going to chose one member each week to come up with the next weeks mini challenge...that way you all feel involved. I will award this honor to whoever loses the biggest % of weight at the end of the week)
