Well team, I feel a bit that I let everyone down a little at this moment. Over the weekend I had an emotional flashback and "slipped" but I think I will still meet my goal if I focus
Thx so much Omega. It will be good for when i do actually get fit too, there's a 34 foot climbing wall and all sorts of stuff, plus they offer personal training for a very reasonable price.Xenon - the gym sounds fantastic - it will help you keep your exercise time high, high, high...
I am so sorry to hear about this! i wouldn't worry about your eating so much as you and child feeling better. Great to hear that you are still managing to keep on track but make sure you are getting a lot of nutrients like orange juice and chicken soup! I recently got rid of my Ford and that thing used to break down at the most inconvenient of times, so I know how frustrating and economically inconvenient that can be. Things will get better!Hello Team Victory Sorry I haven't been posting. In life when it rains it pours. Car broke down and had to get it fixed. Sick child, now I'm sick. Not to worry my eating is on track
yes you let me down very little...so little I don't even feel it just be nice to me when I also slip off track lol anyways I've been slipping off track everyday because I am an emotional eater *checks self into emotional eater's anonymous* I just try to contain the slip and get my exercise in. You haven't let me down at all and I think your perseverance speaks best for you as a team mate.Well team, I feel a bit that I let everyone down a little at this moment. I'm telling you guys. I'm BURNING to win. My only concern is finding another team challenge after this one to keep fueling my fire!
