San, I should have included a modified exercise for those that have back issues, I should know better considering I have a hip issue that sometimes makes it difficult for me to walk...
So I am suggesting seated leg raises with some type of weight on your legs. Probably ankle weights if you have them.
And considering this is coming out late and three days have passed once you do the amount you can split it up into how many days you want, there is no limit to how many you can do a day, just not all in one or two days
