Thanks Omega, I really have not been paying that much attention to Sodium.
I realized a while back that I have had some high Sodium/low Fiber days, but I just brushed it off because at least I was in my caloric limit.
I think what I am going to do is for the next few days continue doing as I am now, and logging the foods with high sodium, and days of low fiber, and then start changing my eating habits where I lower my total Sodium intake and increase my over Fiber, even if it means taking a few fiber tablets... I read somewhere that maybe I need to increase my protein intake, that protein helps build the muscles and maybe that's what I need more muscles.
Just spent the last hour researching this over and over on the net, and I don't know if I can increase my exercise by much more as I am writing this my abs and legs are so sore from this mornings exercise.
Did I mention that my clothes are still feeling a little looser, but dang the scale is not moving, that's what pissing me off... so I guess I better do better and find a new way because I still have about 75lbs more to go before I reach my goal, I don't mind if I get within 10lbs of my goal and keep yo-yoing, but 75lbs is ridiculous...
