Damn, 48bucks for 18 servings? Thats WAY overpriced, IMO.
I don't buy Whey protein powders. Instead, I use egg protein powders. But, I'm sure other members here can direct you to a better priced Ppowder.
Whey protein technically Is more similar to milks protein. Than it is from say chicken breast. But, overall its pretty much the same stuff.
Protein supplements is just that - a supplement. To help you reach your daily macro goals.
As far as preparing it I find its best for my clients that aren't "gym rats" to "hide it" amongst other things.
