Your goal is to lose weight.
Losing weight requires an energetic (calorie) deficit.
Hyptrophy (muscle growth) is a very intensive process, energetically speaking. Because losing weight requires said deficit, you don't have the energetic capacity in place to facilitate muscle growth. Hell, your body will have a hard enough time maintaining what it's got, let alone adding more of it.
You aren't going to be putting on any significant amounts of muscle, no matter how much protein you drink.
dieting+female=little to no hypertrophy
Even if you did have the energetic capacity (caloric surplus) in place, proper weight training, and adequate essential nutrients.... you still wouldn't pack on the muscle as women, in general, are not hormonally dispositioned to do so.
