Still working on the house... they have started my floors and the tile is completed. Now I'm waiting on:
Interior:
floors finished
bath hardware installed
few tweaks on cabinets
shower doors installed
shoe trim
doors put back on in beds
undercounter lights
Exterior
stain for wood and door painted
driveway poured
irrigation
crawl space sealed
lawn graded and grass seed
steps in garage
I was hoping before Thanksgiving, but not sure if it will happen. We'll see!
As for diet/exercise, I have eliminated chips and crackers completely. I had started binging a little on them since I quit sugar back in Feb. I'm pretty much allowing myself anything else right now except - sugary deserts, chips, crackers. My weight is 178.
Went to the gym yesterday and really pushed myself on the stair mill. Heart rate was about 150-180 for 20 mins. I must be in better shape because the stair mill does not kill me like it used to. I've also been walking the dog 3 miles in the woods. I'm curious to see how increasing exercise and eliminating these binge foods will affect the scale.
