If your wrist hurts this soon you´re likely either not watching your form enough or using too much weight for the point you´re at. Please be careful!

It's possible ... seems if I had strained it, it would have started hurting sooner than 36 hours after my last workout, though. It came on really suddenly. I've had issues with it before, when I wasn't working out, so I'm not really sure what's going on with it. Might be the RA. I can also have random joint pain a week before my period. I'm going to rest it for sure. I think the bicep curls were too heavy for me, which may have have irritated it, so I did lighten them by 10 lbs.

RA doesn´t make anything easier, sadly.

Sorry to hear about the wrist, I get small pains in the body sometimes after a lot of working out. It generally sorts itself out within a week or so, I hope it's the same for you.

The wrist seems to be doing fine this morning! It's so weird how stuff like this just comes ... and then goes. Granted, I did take nsaids yesterday. Sometimes a high dose just knocks it out.

But I'm still going to change a few things in the workout. I don't really care for the bicep curl machine. So Monday I'm going to start doing assisted chin ups instead. It would be pretty sweet to be able to do 10 unassisted chin-ups by the end of 2019! I may switch a few more things on Monday, we'll just see how it goes.

I'd be even mote interested in a graph with both the expected and the real line line. Even if the weigh-ins fluctuate due to water weight the general trend could still follow the expected numbers pretty closely.

Oh aches and pains not good . Yes be careful. I have problems with my ankles . Really noticed last night after sitting for awhile . Best I keep them moving

I have just noticed that I am missing posts and I have seen a new icon saying more posts view here . Lol . Glad your wrist better and also that chart would indeed be interesting.

I actually did workout yesterday but was too lazy to post, lol.

I pushed for 800 cals because I did not eat well this past weekend. Yesterday I did good and stayed under 1500, but the weekend was rough! I'm still at 177. I feel like I'm holding some extra water, though, due to my period starting any minute now and the new gym routine. I seem to gain anywhere from 3-5 lbs every time I start working out again.

I feel good, though. I feel in better shape. The workouts are not easy. I start off with 20 mins on the dreaded stairmill on Level 6 (remember when I was on Level 3?!) From there I hit the circuit and between exercises I do 45 sec -1 min of stepup sprints to get the heart back above 150. Afterwards I finished it off with another 5 mins on the treadmill but then switched to the stairmill because the treadmill just takes too long to burn calories. I'm thinking about buying a jump rope and working that into the routine to work toward the goal of 1,000 total cals per workout.

Other news: today I plan to look for a real estate job.

Have a great day all!

I feel like after seeing your house, real estate is the perfect career for you. :)
& I agree:)
