If your wrist hurts this soon you´re likely either not watching your form enough or using too much weight for the point you´re at. Please be careful!
It's possible ... seems if I had strained it, it would have started hurting sooner than 36 hours after my last workout, though. It came on really suddenly. I've had issues with it before, when I wasn't working out, so I'm not really sure what's going on with it. Might be the RA. I can also have random joint pain a week before my period. I'm going to rest it for sure. I think the bicep curls were too heavy for me, which may have have irritated it, so I did lighten them by 10 lbs.
