Phoebe - it is funny how these patterns develop. I prefered the week that I have just had to the bad week I had previously. I anticipate another couple of good weeks before I get my next bad week.
I always get punished for spicy food (I suspect that some marinades are too salty) so I knew that my weight would be up today.

Oh I'm hanging in there as much as possible with dieting and weight loss but the scales love to tease me the temptation of permanent 80kg club.

Congratulations on reaching 80kg's and almost breaking the 180lb's! :) I love measuring both in kg's and pounds because it boosts your motivation when you reach a mile stone either way. E.G. for me making it into 190lb's and next stop 80kg's.

How are you losing weight so fast? :eek:
