Its just water fluctuation Geo, just ignore it, tommorrow or next day you will be a couple of pounds lighter, stick with it :)

Thanks, Margaret! I like this week much better than the one before. I predict a slowdown (which may have started today) sometime in the next 2-3 days at the latest. Should get my period towards the end of next week (hopefully not Fri or Sat, both of which are days I'm in all-day class ~90 minutes from home) and a day or two later start losing fast again.

I notice you're also having an excellent week - congrats on staying below the 12 stone mark!
