When i go out with friends on weekend i can't keep on diet. Usually we go out for lunch and it's really hard not eating when every one eats. I can't say that i am on diet and i can't resist eating. And when others order sweets after dinner it's really hard to stay on program. And in the case i don't order sweets i feel that i am hungry after that. I feel that i miss someting. How can i resist eating and not be influenced by others?
