potnoodle~thanks...i should have known, i got a chicken club from mcds but i got it grilled...and didnt eat but a few fries......i did drink alot of coke tho I also had a kfc bowl, but that was alllllll i ate all day. oh, and some chips and salsa, but they were low in cals, its like 210 for a whole bottle of salsa, and the chips werent too bad. maybe its water from all the sodium?? i hope so.

I've decided to buy a new set of scales, so I'll probably have to start my daily weigh-ins again from this weekend. My current scales seems to jump about a lot and I end up having to weigh myself 5 or 6 times until it comes up with a consistant reading. Sometimes the difference can be up to 2kgs (5lbs), which is either a joy or a real shock - depending!!! Anyway, I'm tempted to get one of those body-fat measuring scales. Has anyone had any experience of them?
