The heck you aren't. I see a 5 pound loss in 9 days - that's something you should be very proud of!

One of the perils of weighing yourself every day is that most people's weights go up and down, even if they haven't actually gained or lost any fat or muscle. Don't let the ups get you down - just keep your eating and exercise on track, and the scale will eventually follow.
 
Remind me again what you're weighing in for? A challenge of some sort (at work maybe), but I can't figure out what? :)

It was for 'The Biggest Loser' comp at the military gym I workout at.

I weighed in and I will find out Friday if I won or not :)

Phoebe is right - you are doing great. Everyone's weight wiggles if you weigh every day. My weight is up even though I am fully consistent with my food and exercise. I have walked over 80 miles this year - yet my weight has been drifting up since my low weight on 31/12. This is just the way that it goes. Weight of food, toilet habits, water retention (due to such things as periods, saltiness / spiciness of food) all play a part in addition to the basic diet and exercise which influences fat and muscle creation.

Feel good about your achievements.

Although i can resist eating i feel more tired with the diet and the good results are very difficult. Should i take any vitamins for feeling better? I am feeling tired to work and without energy.:angelsad2:

ABY - try to choose food which forms a balanced diet which is full of all sorts of different nutrients. Eating healthily is so much more than not eating enough or just focusing on the calorie total. Having said that - despite doing this I tend to take a multivitamin just to make sure that I do not miss out on anything important.

I did it I did it I did it, finally under 200 pounds. :nopity: I am so excited. It felt like such an impossible goal and now that I've reached that goal I know that I am so much closer to my 155 goal and I feel like I can do it in fact I know I can do it and I feel so much better and look so much better.
