September 2 - 86.1 kg./189.4 lbs. - I don't know why. My period is due in several days so it is very upseting if the bloating and water retension already have started.
September 3 - 85.8 kg./188.8 lbs.
September 4 - 86.5 kg./190.3 lbs. - :cry: Well, I had an Indian meal with a desert at the end X 2 times :eek: and a glass of wine. And the result is here!
September 5 - 86.2 kg./189.6 lbs.
September 6 - 86.3 kg./189.9 lbs. - Apple pie with custard.
September 7 - 86.0 kg./189.2 lbs.
September 8 - 85.6 kg./188.3 lbs.
September 9 - 85.2 kg./187.4 lbs.
September 10 - 85.5 kg./188.1 lbs. - I did it again: 2 helpings of the desert - 1 Tiramisu cake and 1 Raspberry cheesecake with cream.
September 11 - 84.9 kg./186.8 lbs.
September 12 - 84.9 kg./186.8 lbs. - I ate an ice cream. :(

I am trying my hardest I am on LA weight loss and I am doing 30 mins of high intensity cardio. I am also drinking alot of water! Any advice?

What do you need advice on? You're being fairly consistent, and you're down 1.5 lbs from last week. That's great!
