Well, I ate 2800 calories yesterday so no wonder my scale went up today. Eeeeeeeeeek.

OK, new start in September of this everyday job! :D May it will be a good month for all of us :)

September 1 - 85.8 kg./188.8 lbs.
September 2 - 86.1 kg./189.4 lbs. - I don't know why. My period is due in several days so it is very upseting if the bloating and water retension already have started.
September 3 - 85.8 kg./188.8 lbs.
September 4 - 86.5 kg./190.3 lbs. - :cry: Well, I had an Indian meal with a desert at the end X 2 times :eek: and a glass of wine. And the result is here!
September 5 - 86.2 kg./189.6 lbs.
September 6 - 86.3 kg./189.9 lbs. - Apple pie with custard.
September 7 - 86.0 kg./189.2 lbs.
September 8 - 85.6 kg./188.3 lbs.
September 9 - 85.2 kg./187.4 lbs.
September 10 - 85.5 kg./188.1 lbs. - I did it again: 2 helpings of the desert - 1 Tiramisu cake and 1 Raspberry cheesecake with cream.
September 11 - 84.9 kg./186.8 lbs.

I am joining kind of late but I still want to be part. I weight myself every morning and am trying to stop weighing myself every few hours that discourages me!

Good job SkinnyQ! Its hard to offer tips without knowing what you're doing (i.e. your daily calories and exercise). Take a look at some of the diaries to see what people are doing. Best wishes :).

My problem is I go up and down, up and down, but never below 137.5, where I've been since JUNE! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Yesterday I had 1800 cals, which to me is pretty good, but the scale seems to have a mind of its own.
