Seven Days
I came across a very cool book that I think everyone in this forum would be interested in. It's called "IMPRESS THE WORLD WITH YOUR BODY IN SEVEN DAYS." Each "day" represents one thing that you need to do to become thinner, stronger, more confident, etc. Pretty cool stuff! One point of interest: the author, Dr. David Madow definitely recommends weighing yourself every day. Also, he states that he is 52 years old and has done everything in the book for over 30 years - he looks 35! Do a search on Amazon for the word "Impress" and this book will most likely come up #1. It's cheap and I highly recommend it.
