well dreams can come true, stick with it. 4+lbs loss in 1 week is very good, imagine that every week, you'd soon make it.268.8 down from 274. Before I had lost back down to 243, but then I went 5 months where I didn't gain or lose anything, and I got discouraged with all of the stress and gained back up to 260, so I'm trying to make my way back down again. <200 seems like a dream.
