Motivation is a funny thing, wish I could better pass it along. I sure spent a lot of years completely without it, and still struggle with it. All I can say is keep trying Tom, you are doing the right thing. Here is a picture of some relatives taken yesterday. Higher elevation than our house or the hot springs. They are visiting from Florida, first time the kids had seen snow, and on the last day of May.

Feb 2022 - Saw a peak of 188; started recording weight daily on the 22nd at 184, dropped to 181 by the end of month.
March 2022 - Started at 181 ended at 176, a bit of a roller coaster, but down 5 lbs, not a bad thing!
April 2022 - Started and ended at 175, despite staying on track pretty well for the month. Could have been worse.
May 2022 - Started at 175 and dropped to 166, kinda made up for no loss in April. Probably won't try to go below the 160s.
