Hi everyone!
Can i join in here?
Im new to the forum & think this looks like a good motivator.
Today i weigh 159 :cry:
Not good as this time last year i weighed 140 and felt really good with my self as the year b4 i weighed 168. Talk about up & down!! The thing is i know how good it feels 140 & so now i feel really down & my confidence has gone from Super confident girl to absolutely no confidence wants to stay in all the time & hide away girl. Not good! Please Help!!!
 
Ohhh! I so would like to join this if possible! This sounds like it'd be great for me. I was 130.8 today. Getting there.

I started doing that too. I try to weigh myself at the same time and same conditions every day to keep it from fluctuating too much from other factors. Today was 53.4 kilos (117.5 pounds). I know it doesn't sound like much but I am short with small bones and at this weight I would not be caught dead in the wrong clothing ...

There is a fluctuation - how I guage it is the "lowest possible." Ie if one week, the lowest I go is 53.4, and the next week the lowest I go is 52.9, I know I am getting somewhere and don't worry too much about daily ups and downs.
