well I told myself I was only going to weigh once a week, but I have been cheating and weighing everyday and so I might as well post it when I do lol especially since today I have lost 3 lbs since my weekly weight on Tuesday

215!! down total from 226!! I just want to cry seeing 11 lbs, 11!! :) tomorrow I may not be as excited lol
