Daily Record Keeping

:) Hi, I keep daily records of my weight, my 2 cups of coffe, water intake, my 3 meals, and exercise. What I think is helping me is portion control, lots of salad, lots of water, and for goodies (only popcorn, and jello). I actually had gained up to 220.2 lbs on July 2006. But since I joined this forum I was down to 213 lbs. and used that as a starting point. I am now 195.7. Someone had suggested an weekly average weight, which is also good. As long as on a weekly basis we don't yo-yo up and down more than 1-2 lbs; and like a business chart as long as we're (overall) going down....thats good. Abstinence from sugars, goodies, food to go, has helped me. I remember the old song lyrics which said, "Ozz didn't give nothing to the Tin Man that he didn't already have." Basically, once we understand we have the power inside of us to accomplish a task, all that is left is the "doing".
