I was doing really well yesterday and had met my daily protein & fiber goals having had only ~1200 calories. I wasn't even hungry at 7:30pm when I decided I'd better have a snack to prevent any late night hunger. But after I had ~100 calories worth of olives, I suddenly became voraciously hungry and devoured another 300 calories worth of jerky & nuts before feeling halfway sated. Compared to eating habits before the diet this was just a baby binge, but it was very frustrating to see control slipping away after being so good for so long.
I hit a new low this morning - and a new quarter century - but I don't feel like I deserved it. Trying to stay positive: I was still at a ~700 calorie deficit yesterday and today is a new day...
