normally I would always eat but I had diarrhoea and 2 lots of vomiting - so just had water, capsules and diaralyte salt replacement

I have been weighing myself every 10th day, have been losing weight continuously from the last 30 days. I have been doing Yoga and eating healthy food all the time.

I've gone back a few pages and followed your loss so far, impressive! Well done :)
From what I've found so far, my daily weigh-ins tend to show me gaining or staying at the same weight :( I'm at that point where, 6 weeks into this dieting business, it's as though the universe wants me to return to the cake and biscuits life :D
 
Thank you - but I know what you mean in so many ways... I am not the paragon of virtue you imagine...
If you have gone back a few pages you will see that I actually lost some 168 pounds in a big project some years ago... I got to goal and actually maintained it quite successfully for some years...

Unfortunately since then I have had a lot of stress and gained a fair bit of weight. An emotional eater will still eat bad things if they are stressed enough - even if they are an expert at weight loss... At least I had the good sense to come back to the forum and motivate myself to behave better...

The universe is currently luring me too....
