As much as this is TMI, I'm pretty sure I'm constipated, and it's worse than ever. I feel sick, like, actually sick. I need to go back to bed. I have no idea what to do about it. I hope I get past this because I almost feel like I need to see a doctor.

Maybe you need to see a doctor! I use Metamucil orange smooth, just add to a glass of water or a bottle of water. 100% natural, daily fiber supplement therapy for regularity. I sure hope you get to feeling better!

I'm in. This morning I was at 185.4
I tend to get so frustrated with the s ale when it goes up instead of down, but i know that I tend to gain a little weight before I loose. I think part of that is I do weights ever other day and I go heavy, with 20 minutes on the rowing machine on the other days.
 
Thanks Anna :). I looked into Metamucil, but I'm gonna try adding prunes to my diet. I try not to drink calories, but if this doesn't help, I'm gonna try doing that.

There's this stuff at the drug store that looks like a fizzy soda pop bottle. It's a clear liquid and comes in fruit flavors. It's not great tasting, but it usually does the job within a few hours.
