Yesterday I had two boiled eggs and two reg. slices of bread (toast), (7 points). no lunch but ate a banana. Supper, I ate a homemade sub with Heiner's steak bun (4pts): 1 slice bologna (2pts), 1 slice of chipped low sodium deli ham (2pts), one slice of hard Salami (2pts), 1/2 slice of baby Swiss cheese (2pts). Loaded with Lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, a small side of Jalapeno Cheetos (about 5 or 6, maybe 1 pt.not sure), and one diet pop (C free). One banana before bed. About 20-22 points for the day.
