How do I post my Ticker to the weight-loss forum?

I can;t figure out the ticker-thing either.

For your ticker follow the following steps:


  • Click on someone's ticker to take you to their ticker creation website - or go to the one that I use which is
  • Design a ticker and key in your data
  • Save it and it shows it in several code forms... You want the form listed as "bbcode" (for use with vBulletin) - its the top code box of three code boxes on tickerfactory
  • On the forum - click on "settings" to the right of the blue heading line
  • Click on "edit signature" down the left hand side under "my settings"
  • Paste in the code that you got from the ticker design site
  • Test the signature ("preview signature") and then save it ("save signature")

Thanks Loch, I can't wait until I hit 150 again so I can wear my size 10 Jeans. You guys are doing good. If you look at my pass charting you will find I go up and down too. I went days without losing and then drop two or three pounds.
