Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

Monday = 220.4
Tuesday = 219.8 = -3.1 for the week
Wednesday - 219.1
Thursday = 218.5
Yesterday = 217.9 = -13.1 for the month
Today = 217.3
 
Disappointed, but I'm sure the scale is going to be mean for the next few days, until I'm done my TOM.

It seems it's just you two ladies doing the daily weigh in...I would like to join as well but my concern is that if I'm up one day, it might discourage me and mess with my mind. I've always thought weighing in once a week was better...But, if you're okay with me joining in, I'd like to try...if it does start messing with my head, I'll chime in once a week...Thanks!

Anyone is welcome! I do it because it shows how if I slip up and eat too much, I'll gain a little weight and retention. It actually helps me stay more on track :). I don't get upset, I mean...I do, but not like I used to. I refocus and use the gain to get me even more motivated.

Sure, join us either daily or weekly. I like to list a few days so I can see if the slight changes are a pattern or an exception.
