No, I don't. I am trying to exercise at least 20-25 minutes a day. My actual average is 50-55. I am trying to keep calories under 2000 and my actual average is about 1800.
On a normal day I have fresh and/or frozen fruit and veg for breakfast, sometimes another piece of fruit for a snack, a salad for lunch, an ounce of nuts for a snack, and a meal-replacement protein shake for dinner, sometimes I have some skim milk in my coffee. I drink at least 4 liters of water a day starting with a liter first thing in the morning.
That's what I have been doing. I think that the biggest thing is that I started around the end of December and I think the pounds come off easier when you first start. I know that they will slow down soon and that is when persistence becomes harder!
