@Sound, I've noticed this as well. I think as we sleep our body works off whatever is in our system. Sometimes I'll sleep in very late and every time I get up to use the washroom I'll weigh myself lol. It's interesting to see.

I had one egg, one slice of toast, Sweet and sour chicken with rice for lunch, chicken nuggets mac and cheese and corn for supper. Pop corn while watching American Idol. one can diet pop lol.
 
Your meal plan sounds pretty solid. It's always great when you can have things you like, but in a healthy way.
